Force Feeding Black Power!!
Hey friends! got my self a 90' 520i at the beginning of this winter for $800! it has a very unique m50"B20".... yes a 2.0L.... in a 3500 lbs car lol... with 150hp u bet its 2.sloooowwww.... I've decieded to give this e34 some force feeding by adding a turbo! the plan is to lower the compression by swaping out the pistons wit some forged low comp ones. ill have to get them custom as it will be hard to find some 80mm/bore forged pistons but ill talk more about that later.... this is what my baby looked like when i bought it!!

This is it now, after lowering it on h&r sport springs and bilstein touring shocks and tinting the wndows all around... oh and put some cheap summer 17x7 wheels....

SORRY FOR THE SIZE OF THE PICTURES!!!

Congrats!
When you're ready for pistons, talk to Arek (ScotcH) - he can source you some custom pistons from a few different places.

You don't need pistons for that motor on low boost. I ran 12psi on standard 10:1compression pistons all day long and I ran my car hard everyday

+1 unless you're going to run 30lbs of boost you don't need that stuff. changing your factory HG & putting good after market head studs is a good idea
or you can just do like i did back in the day slap it on & see how long the head gasket lasts

really? should i just invest in a good turbo setup wit around 8-12 psi and start from there? im guessing the HG will go before a piston if need be?

nice - you score those locally or ebay? were there more?
I need larger injectors, but never looked hardcore or got serious..
again though you don't totally need those my 318 was ok with factory injectors up to 12lbs but any higher you go lean & need larger injectors

I think Metric Blues are an alternative head stud... no first hand experience though so don't take my word on it.
