Rough idle when AC is engaged

Like the title says, when I turn on my AC my idle gets jumpy, and it starts idling pretty rough. Vacuum leak maybe or something else?

It could be a vacuum leak, they're pretty common on E46s. It could also be a faulty ICV or DISA.
