FS: Damaged '99 328i e46 5 spd manual

Curbed my 328i and swiped a pole earlier last week... Not exactly in the right financial situation to be fixing the damage, so I figure I'm going to sell it and go from there.

Still a great car, engine performs wonderfully. Transmission smooth as butter, Clutch, loosening up but still good!

Approx 250,000km
Black on hard tan leather
5 spd manual
Business class
usual stuff, a/c, 6cd changer, power windows/sunroof.

It's honestly still a great car I just cannot imagine spending my last bucks on fixing it, as much as I want to have it on the road again, it's time for a change...

Not really sure what's reasonable to ask for

I'm going for $2500, but any reasonable offer won't be ignored.

Price Drop to $1500

So it seems the better option would be to sell this car as a parts car. Not parting it out, just looking for someone who needs parts or wants to part it.

Also quick fix on earlier post:
Mileage is at 280,000 not 250,000. Honest mistake in my typing .


Engine is still great, transmission great, interior beautiful. Airbags (front and side) were NOT deployed during accident.

I have had the car for nearly 5 years, drove it with respect as a daily commuter.

Have you had it checked by a body shop and a mechanic? I'm curious what it would take to get it back on the road since I'll be needing a winter car this year.
