I think it looks alright, but I wouldn't compare it to a 1 series.

True. The Veloster is MUCH better looking than a 1 series. Hell, I took 3 sh!ts today that were nicer looking than a 1.

OP: how does it drive? My next car needs to be economical, and I was looking at the same car.

I love the way the car looks, but like I said earlier it's not for everyone. This car is very smooth and fantastic on fuel. I've had it for a couple days and my avg economy is 6.5L/100km. It handles awesome as well. I looked under the hood the day I bought it and the front sway is an inch in diameter, so needless to say there's no body roll.

Nothing new for sure haha, it looks alright, but definitely like a cheaped out/knock off imitation version.

Hell, imitation is the strongest form of flattery I suppose lol

Sounds good to me! I love the idea of a decent handling car with great MPG. Thanks for the info sir. I'd take this over a 1 series ANY day. The BMW 1 is ugly high maintenance GARBAGE. Wouldn't take that sh!t for free.
