This is an original Racing Dynamics roof spoiler for facelifted E46 sedan (2002+). The spoiler is primed and just need to be painted to match the body color. It also comes with the glue for installation. $175

Yes, I think you are correct. In fact, in the last picture the label shows "BMW E46 4 dr only 99>" which I guess that means it fit all E46 sedan 99 and up, pre-facelifted and facelifted. Thanks.
