could you tell what model?
its a sedan from the looks of it.
I dont think its an e36 but it could be. hard to say

And to everyone else, let this serve as a reminder that the 401 isn't a racetrack - there are few legitimate reasons to lose control on a nice day with dry roads. Perhaps it was a mechanical failure - a reminder to keep your car maintained and safe!
RIP and condolences to the family - such a waste, whatever the cause.
