They ship really fast, I had it in like 2 days (por15). It's coming from montreal or quebec so should be even faster for you ottawa guys.

Anyone know where to get parking brake backing plates for a decent price?

GTFO!! Just kidding. I actually was sick of those backing plates tearing, so I got washers, bolts and the springs and made my own tensioner thing. Works really well, the handbrake holds great!

So I pulled the blower motor and found the problem.

1. The resistor pack was shorting itself.



2. The heater blower was VERY seized. I replaced it with a good one from Kenny U Pull. I made sure to clean and lube the new one a bit, so it spun pretty freely.
