Driving advice

Hi: I need some advice. I drive about 50,000 km a year, live in the country, and almost daily, some idiot comes from a driveway or sideroad, without stopping or looking, directly into my path. I usually pass the MF, sometimes have to stomp on the brakes. This happened about 7 times this past weekend, driving from Markdale to Orillia twice and to Oakville once. I usually drive around 95 in an 80 zone. I've been driving for about 50 years, have taken numerous driving courses, concentrate fully on the job of driving. Should I slow down? I feel 80 kph is boring and slow. I'm afraid of having a big one. This is worse on weekends, when the tourists arrive. Any ideas?

thanks,

Jack
