Question place for PPI in ottowa?

hello all,

i am considering purchasing an E28 located in ottawa and was wondering if anyone could recommend an independent BMW shop that could conduct a pre-purchase inspection (PPI)?

thanks in advance!

As much as it pains me to say this, Duss Brothers would be the most thorough. Take all the info they give you but don't listen to their recommendation on whether its good or not, make that decision yourself.

They say everything that isn't on their lot is a pile of dung. But its a great way to find out every detail that's wrong with your car.

+1

Just be prepared for the list of stuff to fix to be in the $3000 range. Don't get the work done by Duss brothers, and take the things he says needs repair with a grain of salt. Like everlast said, use your own judgement as to whether an item really needs attention or not.
His lists are crazy thorough, and a little over the top, but it will give you a really good idea, and a great bargaining point to get the price down if need be.
