License plate lights


I was wondering where I could purchase the small light that are just above the license plate which light it up at night. My car currently has the yellowish old ones and I want to upgrade to the more white looking ones. Where in the GTA can I find this part and how much does it cost?

I've always admired the lexus IS rear license plate light, its bright and sticks out alot

Have an Ebay set on my winter beater, and the full kit on my E46. In terms of the plate lights both are decently bright.
