Just to be clear, is this the celis-look lenses or are we talking about the full celis incld ballast and led panel?

I am confused by your question.
Seeing how CELIS didn't come for the 96-00 models and do not fit without modifications, these are obviously aftermarket.

They come with balast and led's like the originals.

Ah ok, cause I have the celis lense, they look just like the celis when light up except not using LEDs.
