you have an m52TU which is essensially the same as an M54. Shorter storke to make it 2.8L instead of 3.0L. All bolt ons for the M54 will work for you, but internals are different (pistons, crank, etc).
No point in doing intake manifold swaps, they are all the same. You CAN run an M50 intake (from a pre 1996 car), but it's a bunch of custom work and likely not worth it for a street car. There are software options for you ... try PMing MarkD on this forum for that
