WTB: [GTA] Tires: 225/40-18 & 255/35-18

Hi ya'll,

I am located in GTA and looking for summer tires at the following sizes:
- 225/40-18 (front - 1 pair)
- 255/35-18 (rear - 1 pair)

I am looking for tires with lots of tread left. I am open to all season tires as well but summer is my preference.

I am also open to sales if rims are included as a package but rims are secondary for me.
