I picked this up for Rich 2 years ago, The guy had an oem hood laying against his shop wall. Just for shits and giggles I decided to pick it up for a comparison and it blew me away. This hood is 1/3rd the weight of an oem.

Beleive it was made in the states
The underside brace is molded off an oem hood, this I not a flimsy peice
I will take picks of the underside and weigh it tonight

weight of the hood is 20lbs +/- weight taken on nose, hood standing, on levelest part of shop floor (80 year old foundation with floor slightly tapered for floor drain)
OEM hood weight is 45-50lbs
here is pick of back side, very nicely done strong brace, like I said its solid for a cf hood

amazing actually. Nice work. It even uses the stock pins. Do they recommend hood pins ?

I had no worries with the stock latches, you could run pins if you wanted
