Going to see two BMW,
one is 2007 335I auto with 50k
and the other is 2008 328 XI manual with 30k.
Both are about the same price.

How reliable are these two models???

The general consensus is that the 328s are predicted to be more reliable, mainly due to the lack of the HPFP issues plaguing the 335s. However, BMW has stepped up and covering the HPFP for 10 years. Other than that, as long as you take care of the car properly I believe you'll be fine with either. Just don't expect Japanese level reliability.

They will both have a shit ton of problems.. obviously.

e90's are not terribly problematic.

the 335 will have more maintenance since it is a turbo car.

If you like fast cars get the 335. If you like doing 150km/h in snow get the 328xi.
