Think of a German El Camino, all business up front, party at the back, with the E30 rear suspension, its essentially a Z3 in a less glamorous exterior, I personally think it's possibly most fun set up, it has an E30 feel but yet more moderness.
Its a hate it or love it styling, we love it, and its great for parking and carry large stuff since its a hatch.

You lowered the winter beater?
lol, looking sharp. You might as well put some better winter wheels on it now. Have you seen the 16'' contour reps i have for sale?

I can't help it, plus we are going to track this car since neither of us want to track the good cars, the winter tires are still good, so going to ride them til they are done.

Its like BMW had a lot of leftover parts and they put them all together!!!
E36 sedan front body, with E30 rear suspention, and Z3 style interior...
With a good 6cyl swap they can go head to head with an M3!

There's a resonator in there now, but need bigger muffler as the car is still too loud.

Nigel, I could litter this thread with Ti pictures that would change your feelings lol. Especially european ones with factory M52's that might warm you up to the idea a bit faster.
OP - Nice looking Ti, M bumpers back on will look great. When the time comes, post some pictures of it out of winter mode. Do you have anything else done to it or planned? Enjoy tracking it.
