I almost never use torrents. Most of my downloads are off newsgroup & irc. Most newsgroup downloads are around 9 to 14mb/ sec and around 8mb on irc. Higher sometimes depending on the source.

New VDSL from TekSavvy ... loving the uoload speed! Download is a bit low (supposed to be 25mb) ... it's my layers of routers that are a bottleneck I think
