92 bmw m5
Up for sale is a running and breathing canadian 1992 e34 m5. I was in the market to buy an e34 m5 for a while. I grabbed this M5 in Mississauga about 3 months ago, with an intention to rebuild the vehicle. But i quickly realized that i cant do the work myself. Last week I had a chance to buy another 1993 e34 m5 from Florida, black on black with less mileage and no major work required. This is the only reason I am parting with this car.
Silver on black E34 M5
VIN: WBSHD9314NBK06412
5-speed manual 3.6 L6 315 bhp, 266ft lbf
I did get it checked out at 3 different mechanic shops, and this is the general concences.
The car will need some work to bring it into pristine condition. The car is leaking a tad bit of oil (due to valve, gasket). The auxiliary fan needs to be replaced. The brakes and rotors need to be replaced and some suspension parts, like front lower control arm and bushings. The low beams are currently disconnected and need new wiring.
The interior is in great condition except for some leather trim starting to peel on left passenger side door.
The exterior is in amazing condition for its age with very little rust forming.
Everything else works without smooth motor, clutch, shifts smooth, tastfull aftermarket exhaust note, power windows and locks.
The car had a hard life, but overall looks like it was regularly maintained and fixed up.
Parts to consider:
Front and Rear brakes, Pads Front and rear
Filter cap
Cabin Filter
6 Spark Plugs
4 Control Arm Bushings
Control Arm
Valve Cover Gasket
2 Output Seals
Auxiliary Fan
Crankshaft seal
The car is currently stored for winter in garage. I did put on two winter wheels on the rear so it can be taken for a quick showing. The car will be sold with rims in pictures and 15” BBS snows. I do want this car to go to someone who will take the time to fix her. I am not going to be parting this one out either, so dont ask.
I am also open to trades for other beemers. Let me know

Bit confusing...cant seem to find a way to edit the post.
The car has 276kms and its being sold for $6000
I dont know what rims they are except its 235/45/17 French made judgeing by the inscriptions inside the rim.
Open to trades for beemers, but must be in good order, as i make one crapy mechanic.

I think I remember seeing this on sale a few months ago. Did you end up doing any work to it?

Did you end up fixing anything on the car? Or just decide to flip it and get a better example? Any compression numbers and leakdown numbers on the motor? That could make or break the sale.

The oil leak is very small i am talking about like 10 seperate drops on cardboard in my garage since i owned it. No compression or leak down checks were performed. But the concences is its a gasket or valve.

I payed $4900 for her, got some 15" bbs snows over chistmas weekend from an 1992 e34 touring. I want to get her to a bmw specielty shop preferably somewhere in the Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill...
$1,100 profit. Not bad.
