I bought my condo back in 06' brand new, fees back than were $290, now the fees are closer to $450, they've been going up every year since 06'
Fees are such a racket! I moved in at $506... it climbed to $702 in just over 2 years. Anyway there was a revolt, nearly entire board got fired.

New Prez brought it down to $650 which is on par for 1200 sqft. but I'd be happy if that included a pool or cool greenspace.
