This is not a how to / DIY thread.....
If you are looking for step by step and details you are in the wrong place, you'll have to do the research / figure it out yourself.
I'm pretty sure Mike plans to use the Stock DME, like he did on his car...

Not that I know of, this is not a swap that you will be spoon fed info on, like s50/2 or m50/2 swaps. It's a more recent swap, with not alot of documentation out there, most of the people that have figured it out are keeping some of the details a secret.

Hey guys, how about some update with pics. I was at Stance last Thursday, Mike and Jay showed me the progress of the swap. The maintenance work and new headers were installed and completed on the S54 and I noticed that the engine, tranny, and all the related wiring were disconnected and taking out of my car and there was a big empty space under the hood and under the car.
I am looking forward to see that place filed with the powerful S54 and the 6 speed tranny. Also Mike mentioned that my 3:73 Diff arrived and he is working on exhaust system as well.
I guess I should stop and let the boys do the rest of the talking.

6 week hiatus while we waited for parts. Our excitement hasn't dulled a bit.
Excuse the blurry shot:
They said it wouldn't fit. We have it so far down and back that there's a solid 8" of clearance to the radiator, and no hood issues. 
Work continues, I'll update soon.
