Its done and its over.. Kent and Harper have their reasons to get out of Kyoto
and we save $14 billion in penalty or they know they can meeet the emission requirement...
Time will if the ozone hole will get any bigger or the glacier will melt any faster,
we can only shoot the breeze....
The rest of the world will still love Canada for we are peaceful people...
