I guess that is possible, but your booster would have to be pissing a lot of air to make a noticeable difference at which point you'd probably notice that your brakes barely work. You'd notice a high idle if anything.

Vacuum bleeders are good for getting a lot of fluid through your system, but they are not all that great. Any time I use one I have to let it gravity bleed or the two person pump and hold system to make sure all the air is out. So bleed your brakes again just don't use the vacuum bleeder.
