e36 spark plugs

Firstly let me introduce myself as i'm pretty new to this forum/bmw, my names Gavin and i resently got myself an 95' 325i.

So last night i decided to inspect my cylinders with a baroscope to see how much carbon build up has been going on (265k km) and i found that my spark plugs have been fuel fouled to shit.

so im wondering, what spark plugs are best for this car?
currently it has the bosch platinum + 4 post plugs
