The orange circled parts. They are rattling.

Cats Rattling

Those are the catalyitc converters and the reason they are probably rattling is that the steelwool between them and the actual heat shield itself has fallen out.

If your cats are rotted - thats fairly expensive job - although u could buy a used set - no guarantees though.

There has been a DIY for this, here is the link - have to do this on my car as well.

Is that really a DIY? I can't even tell how to get those things down off the damn pipe....I feel like I need a full rotary lift to get proper access..

Its definitely just the shielding. Have the exact same thing currently on my car. Proper way is just to weld them back into place.
