I was mostly joking but there are some pretty questionably dressed people regardless of the year.

The first would be the girl wearing the 'Leisure-time Overalls' and the second would be the guy wearing the 'Mens Sport Shorts' that are shorter then the skirt of the girl that he's standing next to.
