Airbag light question

I scanned my airbag light today and it shows a code:

Battery Safety Terminal 1 resistance too high.

I was wondering what would cause this error, I have tried to reset the code but it keeps coming up. I have never been in an accident so I have no idea what could be wrong with it.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I'm not positive, but it sounds like your positive battery cable might be toast.
