I see an older guy with an absolutely mint e23 735i with a Citation licence plate frame on my way from work, on an almost daily basis, wonder if it's him.

^^^hmm...interesting. I also saw an older guy many times last summer driving across the 401 to at least the DVP/404 in a very, very mint and completely stock grey coloured E30 318i which happened to also sport a Citation license plate frame. It looked like a time capsule! Pretty cool!!!
The thought also crossed my mind too...."could it be him?"

Just got a word that the building is for sale for 3.6mil. Someone should go in as a potential buyer to get some insider pics.

No records found on Toronto MLS.

Could it be a private sale going on? What is your source?

I'm in, for the dealership but not Cayuga.
We can call it "Max BMW" and we won't sell anything, just offer a nice place for BMW entusaists to chill... with an annual fee so we can keep the lights on!

Of course, the inside must look like a dealership with our own show cars, and a large portion of the annual fee will go to hiring a smokin hot receptionist for the front desk.

Then if there's a garage there, all members have access to the workspace and lifts...

..... too bad we don't have 3.6Million.

Someone I know that was in the area and saw a realtor sign. Since he is always interested in the business properties he called up and got the price. I was told the price is ridiculously high for that property.

Could be an exclusive listing.

Price is too high for that property, but we all knew that would be the issue.
