Ignition distributor testing equipment

Does anyone know of a mechanic who has equipment to test BOSCH distributors.
Something like this

I know a guy who has one of these, but I don't think he's ever used it before.

It's too late now, demolished my vacuum advance already to confirm what I already knew. Still though, just in case, can you give me his contact?

You do know that there is more to a distributor than a cap and a rotor? Why would I ask for a mechanic to test my distributor if I only needed $40 worth of maintenance parts?
