looking to get e36 m3 exhaust for my 328is , how much do these usually go for?

i dont wanna get aftermarket exhaust....they are too loud for my taste and ive heard the e36 m3 exhaust on a M52 motor and sounds pretty good to me!

depends on condition - I've seen them range from 150-350

I had one for sale on here over a year ago advertised for 150 in perfect condition and it took forever to sell. I think I ended up getting $125 for it.

I sold mine on kijiji for 140 no problem. had a line up wanting it. I wouldn't pay more than 150 for one..although the forum sponsors who part cars out will probably want 200 at least.
There are quieter afermarket ones out there..the M3 one is a boat anchor it's so heavy.

have you tried the vacuum line trick to make it a little louder. you may be content without going to an M3 exhaust.

is this some wat like the golf T thing?

i have m3 bumpers all around and my stock e36 exhaust just look so ugly and throws everything off balance....

thats why i wanna get m3 exhaust because they come with pretty good looking dual tips

if you look right above the exhaust tips there is a vacuum line connecting to the muffler.

pull it off and stick a golf tee (or anything else that will work) into the vacuum line hide the line somewhere since you're not not using it.

the muffler will now always run in loud mode. you can reverse this by just plugging the line back in.

if you like the noise buy hate the tips then just polish them up or buy some new tips.
