My new ride in Dubai - ///M5 Hamann content
So one of the first few days I arrived to Dubai I found this car for sale locally and knew it would be the one! I am not a huge fan of Red... But this car sold me on it.
2003 M5 Hamann built and sold - 115km on the clock with every piece of documentation
Imola on black/red/titanium trim
Hamann headers, midpipe, catback
Hamann software
Hamann body kit & badges (I will be reinstalling the front splitters as the PO installed the CF Vorsteiners.... the splitters as well as a TON of other parts were included in the trunk)
Vorsteiner finned rear diffuser
Wheels have gone MIA over the years but I have a set of Staggered 19" HM2's in black chrome on the way
Currently sitting on PSS9 coil overs, spacers front and rear.
The front fogs in the grill will be removed ASAP!!! But had to share

I am working here and will probably stay for the next 5-10 years. I personally love it here! My truck just arrived in the container so I will be picking it up tomorrow! Can't wait. This car I got for approx $18k CND. Considering the mileage/mods I think it's a steal.

Great find, so are you allowed to hold a womans hand there in public or no?
That to me would be the main reason why Id stay away, the "laws".

Holding hands is fine... honestly going to Brampton is more of a culture shock than Dubai. It is 80% Expat population.... Tons from NA, UK, AUS etc! It's like a big Disney Land for adults.

I hate you. I knew I should have waited for an IR/IR.
Anyway, beautiful car.
What are you doing there if you don't mind me asking? how did you find work so far?

Gorgeous color. IR E39 M5s are as good as any BMW gets.
The Hamann rear apron is very tacky, IMO.

Not at all! I work with quite a few women from Canada here and none of them feel any different. If you're hot people stare no matter what country you're in! You just need to remember that you're Guilty until innocent here... If you default on a loan, you go to jail. If you give someone the finger, you go to jail. But with this in mind, it is one of the safest cities to live for both men and women.

Thanks man. I am Director of IT for the Canadian University of Dubai and work is great! I get 2 months of Holidays a year plus a paid return flight to country of choice per year etc. Many perks to living/working here.

You know I sort of find the same thing. I have considered removing it as I do have the Vorsteiner diffuser as well... But at the same time to take off parts from a unique car seems wrong as well. I am also not the largest fan of the exhaust tips but... what do you do? Butcher a Hamann?
