Yeah, these webisodes are pretty sweet. Obviously they try to hype up the drama for good effect, but it does give you a great inside look into how we run the CTCC! Each team is different for sure! I did especially like the last minute of that vid

This weeked has not been good to 8legs at GP3R. Car #10 qualifying with no clutch, race 1 DNF due to dead battery and no start (and no bump start, since still no cluth), then race 2 with no starter, new clutch, but 50% dead tranny ... yee haw! Car #11 blown head gasket in practice, changed, but missed qualy, overheat in race 2 running rough and loss of power

time to install wireless engine monitoring with full wireless engine tuning capabilities F1 style I would show up every race for free just to geek it out on the laptop/headset and watch shawn do all the hard work LOL

Yeah, it was great to see you there! Thanks for the push start! Too bad I didn't put on a better show!

The clutch worked for race two, but by then, the tranny was so beat up from qualifying with no clutch that it's probably missing half it's teeth. I had to upshift with no clutch otherwise it would go into nomans land (basicallly, neutral). You probably heard a lot of grinding on the front straight

I actually did manage the 3rd fastest time in the race ... quite the accomplishment without using a clutch I'd say! Was chasing the Z3, but gave up since my arm got so tired from slamming in the gears

Oh well, it was a great event anyway ... the pool on Saturday aft was fantastic, and so was the downtown party!

You don't have one of those fancy dog boxes I assume YTR had in all their cars? You just run a stock box then?

Hey you did what you could. It was amazing Arek... the rush of adrenaline must of been something...hell my adrenaline was skyhigh just looking at your car takes those turns at such speeds I had goosebumps!!

Judging by the performance you gave out there that once the gremlins are fixed on that car of yours and you get a real chance at those guys that you are going to tear them a new one on each of those cars!!

Sad part of racing... its not always the best driver or the fastest car that brings the gold home... its really sometimes just luck. In your case you didnt have any luck on your side.

But its all fun am sure at the end of the day.... Im moving to QC so next summer I will be 1 hour away from trois riviere I will make sure to be there on friday to help out more... and self invite myself to the afterparty LOL

Yeah, stock 5 speed ZF. It's actually not bad to shift without clutch at race speed since you're already rev matching downshifts, but it's just hard to do for a solid 30 min straight. Takes a lot more force to pull it out of gear!

Denny, you're 100% welcome anytime dude ... we'll save you a seat and plenty of drinks at the after party
