Lol, Endras = They don't even have original info on their blog, its just a bunch of copy pasted stuff from all over the web with a fancy intro line to hook you into reading the blog entry. For example, the entry about the chassis codenames: it goes on to say about how theres numbers that were skipped... Well that is only partly true as a lot of prototype cars carried those missing numbers, but were never openly published. And the list is just copy pasted from the magazine. Pretty disappointing

This guy is some weirdo though....I went there about a year or so back and from the looks of it nothing has changed.
Dont know why he isent in a 'hurry' to sell - he isent getting any younger and it seems he's been downing a lot of Big Macs lately too - which wont help his health much !

I live not too far away so popped by for a look tonight.
The 635csi and E28 are still in the showroom. There is another beat unplated E28 parked in the side lot beside an E39 touring that has plates and what looked like 4 different wheels. (not sure it was dark)
They have added gates at the front entrance about one car length in from Royal Windsor so you can no longer pull into the lot. (note the place is on the north side of the road) The windows on the shop doors at the back of the dealer are now covered in paper so you can no longer see what's going on in there.
Hard to tell at night but the place looked immaculate, with very nice landscaping including plenty of healthy flowers growing in front of the main showroom. You would never guess the place has been mothballed for 20 years based on initial appearance.
With the gates and covered windows it looks like the owner is peeved at the attention he is attracting...

I hope he hasn't neglected his fire sprinkler inspections as he is required to test on an annual basis at a minimum as per the Ontario Fire code. I'm a sprinkler fitter by trade and that's what i do. If the owner catches wind of this, I would be glad to test his system free of charge

I hope the blog you are referring to is not the one where they had the contest for. I would be very disappointed if the winner of that contest is writing/blogging anything less than original work and is just copying existing material.

This place has been doing the rounds of the forums for quite sometime. The owner must get a real kick out of it

A few small BMW dealers lost their BMW dealership in the late 80's/early 90's
- Beach Auto
- Northwest Motors
- Citation Motors
Obviously, the owner of Citation had to close up shop because his dealer wasnt meeting BMW's dealer requirements.
I dont understand why people continue to bother this old man, just leave the guy alone. He obviously is pissed that BMW Canada told him to close up shop !
Same thing happened recently to many Chrysler, and GM Dealerships. It's called downsizing.
