Highbeam Relay.

Anyone know where is highbeam reley located in '97 M3/4?
I have a service manual book and it says it should be in power distibution box, I opened it, and it's not there the highbeam relay's spot is empty all other relays are there.

Also in the book I found out that it could be located behind instrument cluster, but in a book it says 1998 models only, my car is late 96.
in cars from 92-97 it's should be in power distibution box, but like I said it is not there.
I tried to unscrew speedo, but it has some special bolts.

So anyone know where is it? I don't wanna try to unscrew my speedo and find nothing there.
Also if it's behind instrument cluster anyone got any idea how can I unscrew those special bolts?

no no no, you don't have to unscrew the speedo.. the relay is located under the dash, just above and to the and to the left of the steering column.. remove the big plastic panel under the dash (the panel which is right above your knee when you sat in the driver seat).. look for a big blue relay (assuming your car has day time running light) and this is the highbeam relay... hope that helps.
