E30 big prob

how do you fix e30 blower motors with this type of problem,

ummmm...seriously?? try getting a new blower motor...save yourself the aggravation and time trying to fix it. that has seriously seen better days!!! LOL

Do not buy a motor that has been sitting on-end, meaning sitting on one of the fans. To store these they should sit cradled with the motor holding the weight. The plastic of the fans will warp and if it is even slightly out of balance it won't last very long.

You cannot repair the fan assembly unless you have the ability to balance it properly.

At this point expect to pay between 100 and 130 used from a puller. In the past I've bought 2, one was 75 the other was 100. I now keep 2 spares.

2 spare oil pans
4 spare starters
2 spare alternators
1 spare PS pump
1 spare gas tank
1 spare LSD
1 spare manual trans

Man this list could take a while... Creeker probably has us all trumped though, but I'm guessing the guy lives on a farm. LOL
