Transformers Dark of The Moon
I just saw it the other day and thought it was pretty good. I was not a fan of the first or second movie; I thought they were overly geared towards little children. This sequel though is a lot darker and something that I think is more appropriate for the series.
Still some annoying parts though. For example the over abuse of all those military radios and “huahs.” How the characters want to say “what the ****” but instead say “what the” and then it changes scenes so that you don’t hear the f-bomb – 4 scenes like this by the way if memory serves me. I know that they do this for the rating scale, still it’s very lame and bothers me a lot. You have machines vaporizing/mowing down the civilian population but the f-word is a no-go.
In any case, if you’re looking for some deep intricate movie you won’t find it here. But if you want to see a movie with robots blowing shit up for 2 ½ hour and battling it out in the city of Chicago, then you won’t be disappointed. The effects are pretty awesome as well.
