You have no idea how much I want a Touring! If I even have the slightest need to drive around with more stuff then can fit in my trunk then I'm getting one!

Thanks! Your iX is Cardinal right? Are you looking for seats for that car or another because from what I remember they looked really nice.

I really want to do this car right. Unfortunately, it will probably happen slowly and maybe not until next year. The car is in great condition and doesn't need anything. Suspension, brakes, and tires are perfect if not brand new so I can't justify upgrading them right now... Especially since I would get peanuts if I tried to sell the stock parts.

The up side is that I really only want to do 3 things.

The down side is that those things are Euro bumpers, coilovers, and bigger weaves

The weaves were in need of a serious cleaning and I finally got around to doing it. I came very close to not having to clean them since I almost bought some iX weaves off of Kijiji. I was a little too late and they sold (probably to someone on here!!!

) so I gave in and got my cleaning supplies. Unfortunately I didn't have a wheel brush to make the job quicker or easier so I used the next best thing.

My Wife's toothbrush

2 hours, half a bottle of wheel cleaner, and one pissed off woman later, I finally have clean(er) weaves

still have "Brock b1 "staggered 16"...7.5" & 9"....and yes IX 15"could be cheap
[no curb rash but need paint [nagro centers and polished lip would be nice]

Lol. You don't want iX weaves... then you have to deal with spacers and bolts and all that jazz... unless you like the sunken-in-wheel look. Everytime I see an E30 with high offset wheels, it looks like it is going to tip over haha.

You got those from Jeff (lost) right? Not using them on your own car? I love the look but not so much on a Vert.

I was going to use them until next year and then upgrade to something else. The price was right so I figured I would.

Again, I love these wheels, but I don't think I like them so much on a Vert. They look pretty good on that car, but picture them on a car with DB's, off-road ride height, and no rear valance (or front valance for that matter). It would not be pretty!

Yeah well honestly unless your oem correct offset weaves are bent or something I would just stick with them until after you have addressed the suspension... I can't speak from any hard data but I doubt the extra inch on the iX weaves is going to give you any performance that isn't undone by the spacers and whatnot.

There isn't a wheel in the world that's going to particularly look good on a monster-trucking e30 anyway. (With the possible exception of the Ronal LS' on Scott's mom's car for some reason.)
