Just bought my first BMW

just thought i'd say hi cause i'll probably start lurking here more often now lol.

my name is Brian. i've always wanted a bimmer and have come very close to owning a few in the past (e30's, e36's, e34's etc.), but none of them ever came to fruition.

i'm 26 years old and i've gone through a string of 14 cars already since i started driving, mostly old and mostly higher k. therefore, also problem-ridden. my last 3 cars ('95 VW Jetta VR6, '88 Porsche 944, '90 Audi Coupe Quattro) all had to be taken off the road/sold because of mechanical failure, in no way stemming from anything i did or did not to do them. simply shitty luck.

i work at Georgetown Kia's pre-owned lot as a sales-man, and decided that i should use that to my advantage and finally find a car i could actually keep for a few years, that will be some-what reliable, maybe even some factory warranty.

originally i was exclusively looking for a Subaru STi, and then i stumbled across this at one of the other dealership's in my group...

my 2007 BMW 335i 6-speed with 74k.

sorry for the crappy blackberry pics but i don't have a real camera at the moment lol.

anyways, i've had her on the road for a week now and safe to say i've fallen completely in love.

anything i should know about owning an E90? any help or guidance, or tips, would be greatly greatly appreciated.

great to be here and i look forward to some meets in the summer perhaps?

Congrats. Must be a lot of envious Kia folks there as they are probably taking the company rides out instead.
