i used to smoke here and there and at one point I just stopped. it really just comes down to your level of care about your health. i know that for me, i just decided i don't want to be a smoker from this point on. it wasn't about smoking that last pack before going cold turkey. i didn't take that "last supper" approach bullshit. you either want it or you don't.

also, if you don't feel 100% ready, don't quit. wait for the right time instead. if you keep quitting and failing, it'll be much harder to get yourself motivated again and again.
