Windows Vista 32-Bit

Hey guys. Lately I've been having some driver issues or hardware issues. I keep getting a bluescreen when I'm playing HoN (Online game like DotA) and it comes up with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS. I figured I would try to reload windows fresh and also my video card drivers and all other things. I misplaced my Windows Vista 32-Bit CD though. If anyone knows how to get a copy of it, could you please point me in the right direction? I'm not a computer guru but I do know some things about computers ect. This bluescreen has just started to happen within the last week. If I can eliminate software issues as a cause, then I can trial by error RAM, HD or my Video Card.

Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz
WDC WD2500 ATA (250gig HDD)
ATI Radeon HD 4550
Intel D946GZIS Mother Board
4gig Standard Ram (Two 2gig Sticks)

Did you do a video driver update recently? if so: Roll it back the the previous version.

Well last year I flash my BIOS on the mother board and also installed all the latest drivers. The only thing that has changed is the windows live updates. I've forever used the same video card driver. This problem started happening and then I updated the driver thinking it could fix the issue but still nothing has changed. I might just revert back to the disk that came with the video card.

I also tried changing my video card back to the mother board one using BIOS to divert the settings of which video card it will use. The HoN game would not run without the ATI video card (onboard is just not powerful enough).

I uninstalled my video card drivers, went into safe mode, used a driver cleaner to remove any left over ATI files. Used the install CD that ATI gave me with purchase of video card and still came up with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. So now I have to find a memory test that can hopefully pin point the error, otherwise I'll have to search the .dmp files to find the issue.

Why are computers such a PITA??!!
