WTB: E34 540i or E32 driver's side caliper, late E34 slip-ring

Looking for a single caliper for the driver's side - one I can bolt right on without rebuilding. E34 540i or I think any E32 used the same.

and,

Need a slip ring from E34/E36 (know these ones have it for sure, maybe other models do too) with a badged/coloured airbag. It's part # 32 34 1 162 111 and looks like this:
