m30b35 camshaft

im planning on doing an m30 b34 swap into my e30 and am wondering if i am able to swap the cam shaft from the b35 into b34 with out running into any major problems, and from your opinion, ( to those who have done it or know of it) is it worth it?, also what are some other mods i can do to get some extra power from the motor, without using a turbo. i am currently thinking of lightened flywheel, headers, and a good exhaust system, your advice is greatly appreciated.
