3.0 vs 3.2 euro motor comparison

Hi all, I would like to know what you guys think of the two euro e36 M3 motors. The S50B30 and the evo S50B32.
I am thinking about building an E36 project car at some point (hopefully soon)
and I want to use one of these two motors. For a while I would keep it NA with maybe just some minor things like exhaust, intake and chip. Maybe I would be satisfied and just leave it at that, or somewhere down the road I may decide to boost it with a turbo and aim to get it up around 500hp if safely possible. With that being said, please compare the two motors in terms of basic reliability as well as performance potential. I remember once reading something about OBD 1 being more accepting of modification and tuning than OBD2. Any truth to that? On the other hand they say theres no replacement for displacement..

s50b30 is more reliable because of the single vanos and thicker cylinder walls if you want to boost. if you know you're going to go turbo just get an m52 or s52. they are much more reliable when boosted vs euro motors and parts are a lot easier and cheaper to get.
