new to BMW not new to cars

I kept trying to find a thread for introductions of new members but im giving up now 15 minutes later.

As the title says, I am new to BMW but not new to the whole car scene.

I just traded my '85 4dr 5spd golf diesel (na) for a '94 BMW 318iS. It needs a lot of work, thing i didnt know when i got it but now im determined to make it work properly.


Other cars I have owned in the past:

1993 vw jetta 2.0

1998 honda civic 1.6

1995 vw passat vr6

1986 mk2 supra


1985 vw golf 1.6d


1998 audi a4 BT (my current daily)

yeah i know...the car has only 214k tho and i didnt pay any extra money for it, traded the golf for it which i paid $425 for so not too bad of a deal id say...and besides i have my audi that i just finished a big turbo upgrade on that has enough power now for my needs...
