bmw e39 climate control fixing , HELP NEEDED

i had 2 buttons stacking on my climate control im my 98 528i
i took the unit apart, got to the buttons section , so the reason for that is little metal clips which springs the button back...with the time they probably get not as tight as they suppose to be, they look like this

thats how they placed in the panel




so my question is how you call this tiny metal pieces and where should i look for them ?
I broke one while trying to bend it

maybe anyone have old broken unit, who can sell me this part or maybe dealer got them ? ? ?

I need some help ppl ASAP plz , as im freezing my ass in a car

I have some good functioning units for sale, possibly a scrap one...

mine has no problem what so ever, now just one button not gonna work without that metal clip....
is there any way u can sell me few of those metal/plastic pieces i have on picture ?
u probably gonna sell the buttons separately off scrap one anyways ....
