if you watch that guys videos he demonstrates that it was a hoax and done through video editing.

I suspect this is just good video edition as most of these "trick shot" etc sport videos end up being. There have been so many in the past...

They have many of these videos in their channel. I don't think it's a fake. Go check out the water gong one; they have to skip the golf ball along the water to hit a gong.

However, I'm easily impressed by these shots as I'm lucky if I get the ball off the tee
