Here is a bumper I did last year, match was right on and it was silver!

Its been a while since the car had a good coat of wax on it (since summer) and seeing the car covered in salt and snow made me cringe.
So washed and waxed her today.

Much better! I LOVE a freshly waxed black bimmer.

Waiting for wax to dry.

All done. Didn't bother cleaning the windows/windshields since at this point my arms felt like the were about to come off.

Thought maybe I'd motivate some of you slackers whose cars have been covered with salt for a while.

Thanks for looking.

Almost to clean for winter I'd cry driving that after putting in some hard elbow grease!

Ya, aha. I washed mine the other day, then all the locks froze and I spent 30 minutes with a heat gun getting them open again. FUUUUUUUUUUU...

You know the E30 has heated locks, right? Pull up on the handle, hold, the heater turns on.

Presto, locks work.

I hate driving a just-cleaned car during winter, especially when its going to snow pretty soon.
But I wanted a layer of wax over the car during winter. Beads water and protects against road salts.
