it doesn't matter if its a listing to sell the bike. What he is claiming is that the frame he makes is the one in the picture when it is clear he did not make the frame in the picture. If he stated somewhere that it resembles or is like the one in the picture i wouldn't have a problem with it. It's just false advertising. It's like saying i'm selling my car and then posting a picture of doogee's which closely resembles it, but isn't. (sedan and coupe difference aside. I couldn't think of a member with a black 4 door e36 :d)
