LF: someone with a fully functional cluster to test out in my e30

well, i would like to rule out the cluster being at fault for my tachometer not working. Im looking for someone who is willing to take out their fully functional cluster to put in my e30. i would love to have my tach working for the new year!!!

*ahem* thanks

I have a functioning extra cluster minus temp gauge. Come over and try it.

Oshawa.

Is it a swap? I think there is a wire under where the Motronic box is that has to be connected in some cases.

Whats this? Can you explain? I just did a 325i swap, and the cluster works fine (except for a jumpy tach all of a sudden!).

Was planning on trying back this other cluster to see anyway so I'll likely have two to try.
