How about reinforcing the trailing arm pocket area?(think about the tires you are going to use)
How about adding a few more bars to the cage/sub frame to reduce flex ( I've read the BMWCCA rules..... but if are mostly going to run gt sprints/gt challenge in Ontario.... make the cage safe and stiff .......first ....less headaches later.)

OEM Rads are good. Not sure where you're getting the ticking time bomb idea from. I've had the same rad for 3 years on my DD which has seen A LOT of the track. No issues. As I've only had it 3 years, who knows how old it really is.
Sure maybe if it were over 6 years old then I'd start to worry. But at that age, isn't any rad on it way out?
As for the swaybar reinforcements, I still don't find it necessary especially when I'm going to be running a stock rear swaybar if I run one at all.

The trailing arm pocket definitely needs to be done! Turner recommends just welding around the original mount. No need for the extra plates. I'll have that done when the cage is done since I can't weld
The cage is pretty final in case I want the sell the car.

Alright big update!
Here we go:
Turner Motorsport Trailing Arm Bearings installed:
Aluminum Sub frame Mounts Pressed:
Old Upper/Inner Control Arm Bushing pushed out and fancy new Turner Motorsport Monoball mounts in:
Everything assembled once again:
Solid everywhere
Last thing for the rear end is the 3.73 LSD and some Lower Control Arms.

nice update.
as I said its up to you as to what you are going to do. people can lol all they want.Nothing I suggested is out in left field. I figured you would want to do everything at this stage instead of having to fix it later on.
underside of the car is pristine for a car from this area.
did you weld the rtab pocket reinforcements?(edit: just read you havent yet)
the car is gonna scoot when its done!

All you do is repeat shit you read on the internet, you have very little real world experience.
Kurt knows what he's doing and isn't just replacing shit because some guy on the internet has it's uncles brothers friends fail or something that magically makes everyones car a ticking time bomb.
It's smart and better to just know what you are doing than repeat what you read online.
If the rad fails, i'm sure Kurt will replace it, probably with equally as good if not something better.
