How much do you think it's worth?
How much do you think an 05 330i with the performance package and 113km on it be worth ? It's the equivalent to a ZHP but i forget what they called them in Canada.

It is worth as much as you or anyone cares to pay...
many variables.. condition of cars.. mileage.. etc etc
. best for you to do is check in autorader and average out
the selling price...

Don't sell for less than $20,000, or else I'll have to hurt somebody for bringing the market value down j/k....
I'd say list it for $26,000+ and see what happens... You can always start high and lower the price, but no sense in giving it away, and bringing down the market for the rest of us. Remember, that performance package is worth something extra over a normal 330ci msport, or base.... I remember paying close to $9k for the performance pkg and prem pkg over base...
A bmw dealership offered me $17,500 for a trade in value on a 2004 330ci ZHP just so you know. I thought it was a bit low, and they wouldn't budge on the new car price (2010 M3) too much either.

If you're not in a rush then start high and see what kind of action you get.
Unfortunately, the 06 E90 330I's are now appearing in the Autotrader for around $20K. Now you're competing with not only E46s but also E90s.
If your car has what it takes to compete then let the market decide.

'06 E90 is a piece of crap.
Only a retard would chose an E90 over a ZHP.
OP, the ZHP is called M-Performance here in Canada.
'05 M-Perf with 113k will go for 16-19 depending on the condition and maintenance if sold in the Winter AND will go for 19-23 if sold late Spring or Summer.
Many things contribute the resale value.

Is the OP buying or selling. Sounds to me like he might be buying a car and looking for pricing suggestions.

Now I'm confused.

Whats wrong with the 06?
Last year for non turbo 330, I would have thought they were a good choice?

It was the first model year of the e90, no doubt there was issues here and there that should be sorted out by now.
The '06 330 had the best n/a non-m engine in the bmw lineup.

I would much prefer the last available, proven NA motor, over a first gen FI motor.
I saw all good reviews for '06 330's. Im not sure why ppl on here bash certain models and never back it up?
Not that I care either way, if they are a 'piece of crap', but I'd like to know why.
I remember guys saying the same type of thing about pre-facelift cars...

When i saw 26K i was ready to roll over in my grave. List it for 18K, but expect to collect between 15-16K if someone really likes the car.

E90 330s had N52B30, E46 330s had M54B30.
E90s 330 motor is NOT proven, like you say.
I too would prefer the last and proven NA motor over eh new FI, and thats why I got my my E46.
The motor in the E90 330 was produced for a VERY short period of time before BMW went to FI, sure it made good power(I believe 255hp for north american models) but thats NOT enought to convince me to sit in an uberly ugly car that handles like my friends Camry. The car itself is crap:
-ugly
-VERY cheap interior design
-handles like a pig
-just an overall SOFT car
-a complete opposite of the Ultimate Driving Machine
Sorry guys, E90s are crap. They were NOT built for people who enjoy driving, not for enthusiast. They are for the general public.
You guys ever drove an E9X? If you have, you'd know what I'm talking about. Even if you drive a 335i , you'd hate it after a month or so (when you get used to the power, you'll see that the rest of the car is crap).
